1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Contact details: your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, download a free resource or contact us.
Purchase details: your name, email, billing address and what you bought. Card payments are handled securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Course activity: your login details, course progress, and anything you post or upload in our community, such as photos and comments.
Coaching information: booking details, notes from coaching calls, and photos or questions you send us.
Website usage: information collected through cookies, such as the pages you visit and the device you use.

3. How we use your information, and why we're allowed to

We only use your information when the law allows us to. Here's what we use it for, and the legal reason for each:

To give you access to the courses, coaching and resources you've signed up for or bought. Reason: we need to, to fulfil our contract with you.
To send you our newsletter and free tools. Reason: you've given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
To tell customers about similar courses and offers. Reason: our legitimate interests. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To reply to your messages and support requests. Reason: our legitimate interests.
To keep financial and tax records. Reason: we're required to by law.
To understand how our website is used and improve it. Reason: our legitimate interests, or your consent for non-essential cookies.

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the academy, and only as much as they need:

Kajabi: hosts our website, courses, community and emails
Stripe and PayPal: process payments
Calendly: books coaching calls
Zoom: runs coaching calls
Our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where this happens, your data is protected by approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK's international data transfer agreements.

6. How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Customer accounts: for as long as you have access to a course, and up to two years after your last activity.
Financial records: six years, as required by HMRC.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work properly, such as keeping you logged in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work without them.

9. Age

Our courses and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
