1. About us

These terms apply when you use our website, sign up for free resources, or buy any of our courses or coaching. By buying, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

  • Premium: the Perfect Picture Program online course, with community access.
  • Edit Like a Pro: our online Lightroom and Photoshop editing course.
  • Gold: the full Premium course plus 12 months of one-to-one coaching.
  • Starter Pack and free resources: downloadable tools, presets and guides.

3. Your account

Please give accurate details and keep your login private. Your access is for you alone: sharing your login or course materials with others isn't allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout. You can pay in full or, where offered, by monthly payment plan.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us to take each payment automatically on the same date each month until the plan is complete. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and may pause your access until it's paid. Cancelling a payment plan doesn't cancel the amount still owed, except under our money-back guarantee or your legal cancellation rights.

5. Course access and licence

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the course is available on our platform. If we ever stop offering a course, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download the key materials.

When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish our lessons or materials. You can use our presets on your own photos, including photos you're paid to take, but you can't share or sell the presets themselves.

6. Gold coaching

Gold includes 12 weekly one-to-one calls during your first three months, followed by nine monthly calls, over the 12 months from your purchase date. Calls are booked through our booking system.

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to rearrange a call. Calls missed without notice may not be replaced.
  • Between calls, you can message us with questions, and we'll aim to reply within two working days.
  • Unused calls don't carry over beyond the 12-month coaching period.

7. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with what you've bought.

  • Premium and Edit Like a Pro: email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund you in full, as long as you've completed less than half of the course.
  • Gold: email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you've attended no more than two coaching calls.
  • Payment plans: if you're on a payment plan, the 30 days run from your first payment, and the conditions above still apply. We'll refund everything you've paid and cancel any remaining payments.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 14 days. When a refund is made, your access to the course ends.

UK law gives you certain cancellation rights. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to these rights and doesn't affect them.

  • Online courses and downloads (digital content): at checkout, you ask for immediate access to the course and confirm you understand that, once access begins, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. Our 30-day guarantee still applies.
  • Coaching (a service): you have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you asked us to start coaching within those 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for the coaching already provided.

9. Community guidelines

Our community is a supportive space. Please be respectful, keep feedback constructive, and don't post spam, advertising or anything offensive or unlawful. We may remove posts, or suspend access, if these guidelines are broken.

Photos you post remain yours. By posting, you allow us to display them within the community. We'll only use your photos or results in our marketing with your permission.

10. Results

Our courses and coaching give you proven methods and guidance, but your results depend on your own practice, equipment and circumstances, so we can't guarantee specific results.

11. Our content

All course videos, text, photos, presets and materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

12. Changes to our courses

We regularly improve our courses, and may update, add to or reorganise the content. We won't make changes that significantly reduce what you paid for.

13. Our liability

If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

14. Complaints

If something isn't right, please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to put it right quickly.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you bought.
